Sephora Spring Sale Haul!

I’m so excited to show you a Haul! You all it has been quite a while since I did a proper haul – aka go to the store, pick out some things, and bring them home – so I decided to do a blog post on the things I chose during the sale!

Charlotte Tilbury Glowgasm Face Palette in Lovegasm.

One of the first things on my list was the new Charlotte Tilbury Glowgasm face palette that she released during the sale. There were two different options to choose from and I chose Lovegasm, the palette with the darker shades. I felt this would flatter my skin tone better, but honestly I would have loved both! As I’m typing this that order hasn’t even shipped, which I’m sad about, but I will definitely give you my thoughts and first impressions when it finally does arrive! *Edit I now have a review up on this palette HERE.

Fenty Beauty Lil Bronze Duo.

This was something I saw on the Sephora app and knew I wanted. I have seen really good reviews on the new sun stalkr bronzers since they were released and wanted to try them, but did not want to commit to a full-size since I have quite a few in my collection already. When I saw them in store there were two options to choose from, neither matching me quite perfectly. I decided to go with the darker of the two shades and brought it home. I’ve since used it twice, and really like it. I think it applies and blends easily, the formula is very soft, and it lasted for hours.

If I could have chosen a mini in any color, caramel cutie would definitely be too dark and warm, but I’m making it work. The set is super cute and I enjoyed using the highlight stix in Sinamon as well. It’s a nice set if you can make either of the two shades work for you. I think there’s enough product to last a while so you can make the proper decision on whether you like it or not!

Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Primer.

I heard good things about this primer and have been on a primer kick, so I decided I wanted to pick this up as well. Like the Fenty bronzer, I didn’t want to commit to a full size in case I didn’t end up liking it, so I settled for a travel size. I have since used the primer for about a week. The formula feels a tad sticky, but I suppose that’s where the “grip” comes from. I actually really liked it when combined with my L’Oreal foundation and NARS sheer glow. I didn’t find it to add a ton of hydration or find it too mattifying – I think it was an “in-between” primer.

I think this works best with actual foundation formulas versus something lighter, at least with my experience. When I tried it with my Drunk Elephant D-Bronzi serum drops, I noticed that it didn’t seem to last any longer. I did notice a difference with regular foundations though. I’ll continue to test with both.

NARS Oil Infused Lip Tint.

I knew I wanted this lip tint as soon as it released, however I think I may have gotten the one in the permanent range versus the one re-released with their orgasm collection. Its okay, its the same product… I think! I am a huge fan of the NARS orgasm line, but I can agree that they really do over-do it with adding it to blush and face palettes and re-releasing it frequently. This oil gives a slight pink tint to the lips that I absolutely adore! It is a little more pigmented when worn alone on my lips (since they are very pigmented) but over nude lipsticks, like the one mentioned below, it gives off such a beautiful light pink color! I love it!

Sephora Collection Lip Lacquer in 21 No Regrets.

I saw Temptalia’s reviews on these and figured they must be good since a lot of them got good reviews. When I went in-store I was able to browse most of the collection but I did miss out on a nude I was interested in. I came home with the shade number 21 – No Regrets which is a cooler-toned nude lipstick. You all the formula of these is just amazing! It is a slip-type formula so it will transfer, it will fade quicker, and it might move around depending on if you’re eating/drinking, etc. I am a fan of more hydrating formulas so this was right up my alley. It actually reminds me of the L’Oreal lipsticks I reviewed way back HERE, and the Chanel rouge coco shines. I definitely want to pick up one more of the nude options. I did look at the colorful choices but decided against it since I’m not a huge fan of colored versions of slip formulas.

Well, there you have it! My short but sweet Sephora Spring VIBR Haul! I usually go crazy during these sales and get all sorts of things but I really felt that I didn’t need too many things this time around. I’m really happy with my purchases and have been enjoying using them, with the exception of Lovegasm, since it just arrived in the mail.

What did you haul during the sale? Anything similar to mine? Did you splurge or did you just pick up a few things? Let me know!

Thank you for reading!
