If there’s one thing that makes me weak at the knees, its a new NARS cheek palette. Seriously! No matter how much I resist, I cannot get away from them. Thus was the case with the new NARS Exposed cheek palette. I thought I could resist it since so many people said it was similar to the holiday Hot Tryst, but after seeing reviews and looks on it, I just could not pass it up.
Recently, Urban Decay Cosmetics released a brand new palette after retiring the original, revolutionary Naked palette. Naked Reloaded was presented to the world on February 9 via their Instagram page. It was released on February 27 to retailers after being sold on their site for a while. I was gifted this product by Urban Decay and thought I would review it for you and provide comparison swatches to the original Naked and the Anastasia Beverly Hills Sultry palette.
Today I’m here to provide you an extremely late review on the Natasha Denona Gold palette. Yes, I am very late to the party. This palette was released on October 2, 2018 (I went back to check), and I finally purchased this in January 2019. The reason it took me so long to buy it was that I decided to wait for reviews on it and wanted to get all of my holiday shopping / new house buying things out of the way first. I was also secretly hoping to receive gift cards for Christmas so that the price wouldn’t hurt my wallet as much. My family came through and I was finally able to buy it!
Bobbi Brown recently released 14 brand new liquid lipsticks for Spring 2019. I wasn’t interested in picking them up until I came across a whole bunch of great reviews from my favorite YouTubers, beauty bloggers, and friends on Instagram. So, after buying one and using it, I now have 4 in my collection. I am so excited to review them for you! And, I may have just found their drugstore dupe!
This year, I decided to gift myself something for Valentines Day. After all, I deserve it, right?! We all do! I wasn’t sure what it would be until Natasha Denona revealed her new Spring 2019 Bloom Blush & Glow Palette. I watched every Insta Story: from her reveal to her mini tutorials and I knew this would be the gift I would give myself.
As soon as it was available on Sephora’s website, I placed an order for it and its actually been one of the fastest items shipped to me, ever! Since then, I have worn it a total of 4 times and I am ready to give you my thoughts on this palette.
Hello! I was recently contacted by a brand new (to the American market) makeup company called LINA CHOO. They asked if I would be willing to accept their Great Artist Matte Lipstick collection as a gift to which I excitedly agreed. After noticing only very few reviews on Instagram, YouTube, and blogs, I decided that I would review them here, in case you came across the brand and were interested in one of the lipsticks.
Recently, Becca Cosmetics collaborated with Khloe Kardashian and her best friend Malika Haqq to make a collection of face palettes and lipsticks. I had no idea this was a thing until promo pictures were released and circulated the beauty world. After much thought and consideration, I decided to purchase the Made With Love by Malika face palette and nude lipstick in the shade Yours Truly. Eventually, I picked up the other face palette as well, but I will save that for another review.
I might be in the minority when I tell you that when I saw the Lime Crime Venus XL II palette on Trendmood’s Instagram, I was immediately intrigued. The green colors, which I rarely reach for, called to me. So, I ordered! I have used this palette a few times and came up with 4 different looks, 2 of which I will show here. After using it for quite some time, I’m ready to give my thoughts on this palette.
I didn’t think I would review the NYX Swear By It palette, but after buying it and talking about it briefly on my Insta Stories , I had several questions on it and began to see it pop up on lots of YouTubers channels! YouTubers Tati and Allie Glines have recently reviewed/used this palette on their YouTube channel as well as a few others. The only person I had seen talk about this palette was Kathleen Lights, but this was back in July of 2018! Her makeup look definitely inspired this purchase. I cant wait to tell you all about it!
In 2018, Milani surprised many makeup lovers by releasing two incredible eyeshadow palettes: Most Loved Mattes (review here) and Bold Obsessions (review here). Because of their success and popularity, I can only speculate, they went ahead and released two more of these 12 pan palettes! Today I’m here to tell you all about Pure Passion!
