The Tarte Be a Mermaid & Make Waves Palette ($42 US) was a palette that I wasn’t interested in, initially. I had seen promo pics all over Instagram and made no mental notes to check this out because I was interested in other releases. When I went to my local Sephora on the day all of these crazy palettes released (it was insane!), I had a look at all of the new offers.
The Backtalk Eye & Face Palette by Urban Decay ($46 US) was something I knew I wanted to get my hands on as soon as I saw the promo pictures on trendmood’s Instagram page. I have been having MAJOR regrets of decluttering my Naked 3 palette a couple of months ago, so when I saw this, I knew I was going to snag it.
I’m sure you’ve seen a million and one youtube videos, read many blog posts and seen a trillion Instagram pictures on the new and beautiful Anastasia Soft Glam palette. I am here to provide the 1,000,001 review on my new and absolute favorite palette!
I’m back again to review the second release of Milani eyeshadow palettes – the Most Loved Mattes palette. A while back, Milani released two beautiful eyeshadow palettes for $20 but I withheld due to not being able to swatch them myself before purchasing. When I came across them at Wal-Mart for $15 each, I decided to buy them both.
It seems that not so long ago I was here typing up a blogpost about the brand new Viseart Golden Hour Eyeshadow Palette. I was amazed at the quality and performance of that eyeshadow palette and recommended it! Now I am here with the brand new Tryst palette, a Beautylish exclusive, and I cannot wait to provide my thoughts! Continue reading
I am so excited to share this review with you! I didn’t really think to make a blog post on them, but after researching a couple of shades while at Wal-Mart, I realized there were very few posts about them so I decided — why not?!
The Urban Decay Naked Petite Heat was a total surprise when they announced it via Instagram! I mean, its easy to assume they would eventually come out with one since they did have basics palettes for both of their Naked and Naked 2 palettes. I was really excited to see the promo pics since I am one who is still very much into warm tones because they flatter me best. The Petite Heat palette looked so exciting in the promo pics and when I received it I couldn’t wait to take photos and review it! Continue reading
I was so excited when the Urban Decay x Kristen Leanne PR box came in! I have to say that this is one of those packages I will be keeping because 1.) I love the color pink and 2.) the presentation was absolutely beautiful! I’m excited to share everything in this collection with you!
Hello everyone! I’m here to review the Milani Bold Obsessions palette I picked up about two weeks ago. I had seen the previews of this palette when they released the sneak peeks on Instagram however I was severely put off by the price. $20 for a drugstore palette that would be released on their website before it hit stores; a palette we would buy blindly without knowing its performance?! I wasn’t there for it.
This week’s palette choices were a little more exciting for me and I’ll tell you why: I love all the palettes in my collection, but I REALLY love the palettes that were chosen for me. Last week’s were just okay (read my post on them here; shop my look here) but the palettes this week aren’t only good, they have sentimental value.
