If you read the first part of this series (you can read HERE), you will know that I did a “round-up” of my eyeshadow palette purchases from Sephora during 2018 and provided my thoughts on each palette, let you know how much use I truly got out of each one, which have been decluttered, etc. One day when I unexpectedly had the morning off from work (thanks horrible, cold, rainy weather), I went through all of my Ulta emails and decided I’d do a second part dedicated to my Ulta eyeshadow palette purchases.
I’m continuing my makeup declutter series, this post focusing on lip products (my other makeup declutter blogpost can be read here). Oh man, I would be lying if I said that at one point in my life: lip products were my absolute obsession. So much so that I had to have every nude shade of every makeup release and if it was drugstore I would allow myself to buy multiple shades of the collections.
I hadn’t cleared out my makeup in quite a while, so after purchasing some new releases this weekend I felt it was time to part with some things I no longer used. I’m not one who likes to keep things I don’t use, particularly because it takes up space for new makeup to fit into and because I don’t like for it to waste away knowing I won’t be using it since it’ll be sat in my makeup drawers untouched.
My main platform is on Instagram where I show a plethora of items I pick up throughout the year. I hardly ever really mention what products I just wasn’t happy with, so i thought i would write a blogpost all about products I have purchased that I regretted. I know that some of these may work for you but for me and my needs, I found them to be products I couldn’t work with. Continue reading
